FOR PALLET SHIPPING we ship from the Distribution Center in Westfield, MA via Ross Express within 3 business days from the date of your order. If you do not have a commercial delivery address with off-loading capabilities, we have many customers that make arrangements with a local Hardware or Retail Store that would be willing to accept your pallet delivery for you.
If you do require residential delivery and/or a lift gate truck, which are extra charges, let us know at pallets@wickedgoodcharcoal.com. Pallet sizes may be ordered with a minimum of (30) 20 lb. bags/pallet and maximum of (60) 20 lb. bags/pallet.

PALLET PICK-UP at the Distribution Center in Westfield, MA you may pick-up 24 hours after ordering. We will contact you about day and time you would like to pick up your pallet. Warehouse is available for pick up 7:00 a.m. ~ 3:00 p.m. Monday ~ Friday. All pick-ups are by appointment only and arranged through our office first.
Customers requiring delivery to Cape Cod, Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket, please e-mail us pallets @ wickedgoodcharcoal.com for a shipping quote.
