FOR PALLET SHIPPING we ship from the Distribution Center in Boscawen, NH or Enfield, CT via Ross Express within 3 business days from the date of your order. If you do not have a commercial delivery address with off-loading capabilities, we have many customers that make arrangements with a local Hardware or Retail Store that would be willing to accept your pallet delivery for you.

If you do require residential delivery and/or a lift gate truck, which are extra charges*, contact us. You may still order by Credit Card but not through the online shopping cart because extra charges are not an option we can add to the cart. We will take your order by phone so please include your phone number in your e-mail.

*Lift Gate Truck....$50.00 1st Lift, $10.00 each additional Lift

Customers requiring delivery to Cape Cod, Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket, please e-mail us for a shipping quote. Shipping rates, when ordering a pallet through our online shopping cart, do not apply.

FOR PALLET PICK-UP at the Distribution Center in Boscawen, NH or Suffield, CT you may pick-up 24 hours after placing your Order. Contact us and let us know when you would like to pick up your pallet and we will make arrangements for it to be on the loading dock ready for you.

In order to receive your pallet you MUST present your ORDER NUMBER at
the Distribution Center......THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT!!!! You will find
your ORDER NUMBER on the e-mail Order Confirmation that you receive once you place your order. If for some reason you misplace or lose your Order Number, please contact us BEFORE going to the Distribution Center.
